Important Appointment Policies
MUST READ BEFORE BOOKING!
Please understand that when appointmentss are set, that specific date and time slot is reserved just for YOU,
even if another client, who inquires after you, wants it.

When you cancel or reschedule, for whatever reason, that is a date/time slot that could have been used by another client.

We understand that life happens sometimes, and unexpected situations arise, so there is no judgement. We just want you to please just be aware, in advance, of the affect 'unexpected life situations' will have on your deposit fee.
Is a deposit fee required in order to confirm appointments?
Yes, the deposit fee is required to secure appointments:
~ Micropigmentation Procedure Fee: $50.00

~ Plasmasthetic Procedure Fee: $100
What happens to my deposit if I need to reschedule or cancel?
Unfortunately, your deposit fee will be lost. Please understand that appointment time slots are reserved just for you. Cancellations or rescheduling leaves a empty time that could have been used by another client.
For a rescheduling, will another deposit be required to set another appointment?
Yes
What happens if I am more than 15 minutes late to my appointment?
Your initial deposit fee will be lost, and the appointment will need to be rescheduled with an additionally required $50 deposit fee.
What happens if I don't show or call for my missed appointment?
In the event of a no show/no call, your deposit will be lost and there will be no option to reschedule.

Locate the Deposit Only tab below to place your deposit. Appointment will be set after receipt of deposit payment.
